Job Description:

Scope of Role & Complexity


  • Duties are significantly complex, requiring mastery of skills in all areas
  • Performs work requiring specialized and technical skill set and complete understanding of the function's practices and procedures
  • May function as a group leader and may be responsible for training and oversight of other team members
  • Often exercises considerable judgment on behalf of exempt managers in leading the team and function

Role Description

  • Uses product knowledge to resolve issues while following pre-established quality policies and procedures
  • Escalates issues to quality manager as necessary
  • Prepares standard reports, process updates, and documentation for a variety of recipients
  • Maintains issue logs and prepares trend analysis on call or written quality metric attributes

Skills/Knowledge

  • Communication, problem solving, analytical, computer, and research skills required
  • LOB, business process and procedures, and business application knowledge
  • Subject matter expert within function
