Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for a BDC Representative to join our corporate service team. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer all incoming phone calls generated from dealer websites and other sources of advertising
Answer all incoming Internet leads with email and phone calls
Respond to all chat conversations until contact is made
Schedule Service appointments
Qualifications/Skills:
Effective spoken and written communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and use provided scripts
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Strong attention to detail
Experience taking high volume calls in a fast paced, demanding environment
Previous call center experience is a great asset
Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
Ability to successfully handle up to 100 prospects each month and make over 100 calls a day

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturday’s
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
