The Retail Account Sales Manager role will be to penetrate the market with a new product offering by generating business leads, turning business leads into sales, building and maintaining customer relationships.
Generate agreement for market and product introduction events.
Turn business development leads into contracts; develop marketing strategy for targeted prospects.
Manage customer relations to achieve long-term client partnerships.
Develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
Expand market awareness, i.e., prospecting, attending seminars/events and involvement in community activities.
1 to 2 years of business sales experience and a passion for sales.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field preferred.
