Responsible for supporting assigned Treasury Sales Managers (TSM) with sales and relationship management related activities.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Sales assistance:
Understanding the clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
Assisting with call preparation/follow-up, customer research, and pitch books
Developing account plans, briefing memos and relationship reviews
Coordinating product partners to develop solutions
Taking the lead on RFP/RFI solution development
Developing an understanding of the competition's products and positioning within the client
Identifying product extensions and growth opportunities for non-complex sales situations
Working with the TSM on new bids including cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models, etc.
Understanding public sector and segment strategy to assist in developing recommendations and/or opportunities (leads) and proposal/pitch book generation
Working with the TSM to finalize the sale through documentation coordination/negotiation and smooth handoff to implementation team
Helping the team grow by contributing to sales and revenue goals
Account management assistance:
Understanding the clients' account structure, cash flow, and product usage
Reviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etc.
Identifying go-green and efficiency savings within client
Supporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clients
Conducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendations
Ensuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
2 years plus experience in cash management or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
Goal driven with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
Ability to manage projects/meetings and coordinate follow-up
Time management, organizational and planning skills
Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Ability to use various PC- and internet- based systems to manage their portfolio, must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge and understanding of the Public Sector and /or JPMorgan Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process/procedures, a plus
