Consumer and Business Banking (CCB) Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) supports the CBC Technology leadership team, leading the following objectives: Financial Tracking and Reporting, Requisition Management, Vendor Management, Resource Forecasting, Cost Saves Initiatives, Department Budgeting, Reporting, and Ad Hoc Requests.

Overview:
This position is for an executive to drive the business program, change management and business management agenda for all Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) across the Consumer & Community Bank
CCB Technology F&BM is defined as all operations focused providing an exceptional Client Experience from Client On-Boarding through our Customer Service process
This role reports directly to the CFO of CCB Technology
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic planning support for CCB Technology CFO to enable multi-year, transformational finance strategy
Drive the CCB Technology Finance & Business Management Roadmap & Strategy: Partner with key leaders across Tech F&BM, CCB Finance, CCB Technology, Global Technology and other Tech LOBs and apply knowledge of industry leading practices and simplify processes and tools.
Drive CCB Tech F&BM transformation efforts; focus on process design, organizational strategy and own/shape the refinement of an agile, product based operating model
Design Finance strategy and planning workshops based on business objectives and stakeholder analysis including adopting appropriate approach/methods, facilitation techniques, pre-work, artifacts and deliverables
Lead a cross functional team in the planning and execution of finance strategy and planning workshops
Partner with CCB finance & technology functions to identify new opportunities including process and/or value chain analysis, product/service catalog creation, engagement model, process and solution enablement plan and employee engagement and change management.
Act as the liaison back to the firm wide transformation teams (i.e. Global Technology, LOB Tech CFOs, Corp Finance/P&A, etc) to ensure that the processes/approach for CCB Tech F&BM is aligned, enabling and supporting a move towards a firm wide approach, while enabling local flexibility.
Develop best-in-class project management organization and capabilities, based on latest practices and techniques while partnering with
Work closely with leadership team to conduct periodic strategy sessions to keep strategy fresh and adjust to changing market and organizational conditions
Influence senior business and technology stakeholders across JPMC ensuring execution on a coordinated strategy that scales finance technology capabilities firm wide and maximizes business outcomes, including preparing messaging and material.
Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in finance, technology, project and business management functions
Familiarity with finance core processes/functions, operating models and a strong passion for FinTech and staying abreast of industry trends
Strong relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior business, finance and IT executives
A strategic thinker with sound financial acumen, technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
Significant experience with various project management methodologies e.g., waterfall, agile etc. as well as implementation of supporting tools e.g., JIRA
Able to distill widely variant feedback into root cause issues and provide actionable feedback to other senior stakeholders. Excellent technical and business presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills
Track record of driving strategy, organizational and operating model change
Exceptional communication skills, with excellent presentation, preparation, and delivery skills
Results-oriented, self-directed, and well organized with an ability to execute on multiple projects at the same time
Proven ability to lead a team and develop junior/senior resources
