The Digital Platform & Services team is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships, and for building digital products - that could transform the way we, and our clients, do business. Our team consists of product managers, designers, developers and business representatives. The team is thoughtful in balancing due diligence with speed to market and creativity with discipline in order to produce best-in-class, efficient, thoughtful digital solutions for our clients.

What you will be working on?

JPMorgan's Data Platform focuses on delivering JPMorgan's data capabilities to the rest of the firm. This team builds forward-looking, foundational technologies and core capabilities for future data platforms. The Platform and Developer tools PM's are responsible for building data solutions to support businesses and developers creating novel consumer experiences and workplace/productivity products.


  • As a Product Manager, you will drive product vision, work closely with our cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, business users, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Working in close partnership with all LOBs (Markets, Operations, Investment Banking, etc.) to ensure product roadmap is collectively aligned to the firms strategic vision, while being mindful of business requirements across the entirety of the CIB
  • Partner with the firm's data scientists in Applied Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to tackle problems suitable for machine learning solutions
  • Assist with securing the right data needed for a solution, in the right way, in compliance with the firm's policies
  • Influence the design of data science solutions to deliver for multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Partner with the Digital Platform Technology team to ensure the product vision, roadmap and prioritization is clearly understood and efficiently executed
  • Collaborate with the firms Design and User Experience teams, providing clear requirements derived from user research to develop a best-in-class platform offering
  • Manage the functional and technical requirements of business stakeholders to support their core requirements

Who are we hiring?

We're looking for strong entrepreneurial product managers who have a strong interest & passion for data, can think big and execute on that vision, and excel in ambiguity.


  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related experience at enterprise software companies with focus on data and data management
  • Comfortable owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmap. Able to balance short-term goals and long-term vision.
  • Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) and translating them into a viable product.
  • Experience working with agile development teams on scalable, cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, Engineering or equivalent
  • Senior Product leadership experience leading agile/distributed teams focused on technology product management
  • Preferred knowledge of Cloud (AWS) computing and architecture and Big Data management technologies.
  • Understand all aspects of the data ecosystem, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, usage/consumption, to data privacy considerations and governance
