The e-Commerce Client Solutions team is responsible for leading Global client engagements within the Commercial Bank (CB) across e-Commerce, Digital-first, and Third Party Payment Processors (TPPP) clients.
The team works with treasury and banking partners in CB to identify areas of critical need in client engagements, configuring and proposing tailored global treasury, Card, FX, merchant and retail bank solutions
The has established broad partnerships with Product and Sales experts within the CB, Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) and Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) to develop integrated solutions for strategic and rapidly growing clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
The associate will be an extension of the eCommerce/Third Party Payment Processor (TP3) product solutions team which is focused on delivering innovative pay-in and pay-out solutions to clients engaged in e-commerce or third party payment flows.
This challenging role will require associates to understand client's objectives and business models (current and future), risk/controls, product capabilities, support models, and overall client deal screening.
The associate should have strong command of funds flow creation and power point overall to help with presentation building and syndication.
The individual should also be able to maintain pipeline reporting and metrics for the team, as well as support development of presentations to senior management.
The associate would be expected to have/develop strong knowledge in the payment processor and eCommerce space and to engage directly with clients who have less complex structures/solutioning needs.
Growth trajectory would be the associate can move up through the group to have their own book of complex opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with up to 5 years of professional experience
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Creative thinker who is appreciative of finding solutions to meet business/customer needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to combine ideas into coherent presentation
Team player with ability to develop good relationships across functions and seniority levels
Experience in working on complex projects and/or product launches in a large financial services organization; Strong organization and project management skills
