This position will be the key finance partner for Brand Marketing in Ferrara's newly acquired Cookies, Cones & Crusts business. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that will develop and implement strategies to drive top line and profit growth for well-known brands like Keebler, Famous Amos and Mother's. A successful candidate will also have the ability to use their financial acumen and technical skills to help the team make the right investments to drive and sustain growth in the long term. Just as importantly, a successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and the ability to find holistic balanced solutions to business problems.

Partners with marketing leadership to drive brand growth and profitability
Develop action standards and create disciplined approach to brand innovations and strategies
Analyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making
Develops financial models and completes analysis to support brand initiatives
Understands market dynamics and competition and incorporates those into analysis
Explains complex financial concepts to non-finance partners
Create or improve planning and development processes
Drives research and analysis of key brand drivers, trends and performance indicators
Evaluates investment opportunities for financial return and strategic fit
Experiences That Will Support Your Success
7-8 years experience in finance, accounting or other quantitative field, CPG experience a plus
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deliverables and priorities
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA Preferred
