Job Description:
A well-respected Healthcare Clinic in Central Washington is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead their respected team of healthcare professional in an Internal Medicine Clinic. The Clinical Manager will utilize their background as a licensed healthcare professional to relate to staff and to provide staff guidance related to patient care. The clinic staff is composed of registered nurses, medical assistants, medical doctors, secretaries, patient care representatives and healthcare finance professionals.
The Clinical Manager will work at this comprehensive health center that has four Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, seven Medical Assistants and two Office Personnel. As visiting specialist visit patients at this clinic, the Clinical Manager will also support that Provider.
The Clinical Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary staff. The Clinical Manager will report to the Vice President of Outpatient Clinic Operations. This medical team offers great support for the Clinical Manager as they work alongside two Clinic Managers that work at other area medical facilities. A collaborative environment and supportive leadership have led to great staff retention at this internal medicine clinic. The Clinical Manager will work closely with upper management and Providers to ensure clear communication and goals are shared throughout the medical team.
Rurally located in Washington, this outpatient clinic provides patient centered care to a large geography. This area is great for a Clinical Manager that enjoys more rural living. Incredible outdoor adventures surround this area of the Pacific Northwest and local residents enjoys fishing in the area lakes and streams.
