Job Description:


The Global Services Content Manager plays a key role in supporting Global Services communications and programs, including employee engagement, talent development, and learning. This person is responsible for managing Global Services communications programs, including content creation, governance, and channel management and support.

Work with division and marketing communications stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of content for specific audiences and support and enhance the execution of Global Services communications strategy to engage and empower employees in partnership with others across Global Services.

Provide oversight and support for Global Services SharePoint Online sites. Oversee content consistency and effectiveness and facilitate collaboration and efficiency among teams with education, best practices, and site design. Work with development resources as needed.

Oversee Global Services communications and templates and facilitate the annual review of the Global Services communications policy and guide as needed. Maintain content guidelines and standards.

Review and edit policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards, emphasizing template standardization and content style continuity before publishing. Help develop, socialize, and support communications intake and prioritization workflow.

Support communications dashboard in alignment with OKRs. Manage communication KPIs that drive actionable insights, and monitor system reporting and trends to recommend enhancements.


  • Review content for clarity, consistency and regulatory concerns
  • Provide guidance on how to set up SharePoint Online sites and pages to meet communication needs
  • Change subject lines to increase opens and engagement with content
  • Suggest SharePoint Online functionality and/or templates based on needs
  • Recommend the use of Teams channels or video over email based on audience
  • Meet with communication stakeholders to review communication intake forms and gather more information to help set priorities and determine required resources
  • Review communication metrics and make recommendations about how to increase communications effectiveness, such as email click-throughs, site visits and Teams shares/likes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

Skilled in the Knowledge Management framework (people, process, tools) for project management, communicating content, identifying audience needs, extracting knowledge from subject matter experts, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or other related field

Experience designing online help, HTML design, content management, graphics, and multimedia.
