Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half's Corporate office is looking for a Marketing Specialist. This role will collaborate with stakeholders including our recruitment and sales operations, various marketing functional teams and corporate communications to help our field teams to effectively communicate Robert Half’s brand message and Thought Leadership to our customers and ultimately drive revenue for the business. Your programs will help drive the growth of customer acquisition, brand awareness, consideration, and engagement with Robert Half services, programs and campaigns.

Campaign & Sales Enablement Management

• Project Management to support and translate the product/campaign message established by US headquarters to position into compelling customer engagement tactics that help reach business decision-makers

• Create and contribute to detailed launch plans and briefs and enlist the support of internal stakeholders and colleagues to effectively promote key campaigns & Thought Leadership. This will be in conjunction with the campaign calendar that you will also manage.
  
  
  • Make creative recommendations to generate awareness, interest and leads from our key thought leadership material
  
  
  • Collaborate with Public Relations (PR) colleagues to ensure PR roll out and marketing support around key programs is synchronized.
  
  
  • Act as lead liaison between all Marketing and PR teams to ensure objectives of programs and campaigns are met
  
  
  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Provide marketing campaign analysis using available metrics tools including Domo to measure Campaign KPIs and provide recommendations for future campaigns. Partner with PR team to provide holistic marketing & PR performance reviews


• Measure and analyze go-to-market strategy ROI and apply key learnings to future product launches and campaigns


• Support the Senior Manager on preparing presentations and reports as required

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or related field required.


• 4+ years’ of experience in Marketing.


• Tech savviness and proficiency in most computer programs a preferred skill.


• Understanding of conversion tracking


• Very strong project management and organizational skills


• Exceptional eye for detail, as well as strong analytical & reporting skills.


• Focus on excellence in achieving best-in-market results and ROI.


• Comfortable and practiced in working within set deadlines across different time zones and locations.


• Previous experience in marketing management, program/project management


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and strategic planning.
