Digital Product Marketing Analyst (Temporary)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half is seeking a Digital Product Marketing Analyst on a temporary basis to join our growing Digital Marketing team.  This role will be responsible for leading the charge for our leads management and recommendations marketing programs ensuring we deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience. They will be the advocate for our existing and prospective users to ensure a seamless digital experience end to end and become the go-to expert for their product area to help drive the product roadmap and strategy.  

Responsibilities: 

• Own the recommendations marketing product and work collaboratively to innovatively transform the digital experience


• Understand end-to-end leads processing and make recommendations to improve customer experience


• Define reporting, KPI and measure impacts on both recommendations and leads processing programs


• Maintain strong cross-team communication and documentation


• Partner closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop strategy, influence product roadmaps and advocate for experiences that drive customer experience


• Generate customer and competitive insights, develop reports/dashboards, and leverage data to inform the product marketing strategy and assess channel performance


• Drive the user research, user testing, and A/B testing roadmap for the products

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management


• Distinctive problem solving and analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy


• Exceptional skills of prioritization and project management


• Strong interpersonal skills to easily build relationships


• Must to a self-starter and able to work and prioritize driving things forward


• Adept at cross functional collaboration


• Strong team player


• Creative ability to solve or approach complex problems


• Understanding of the marketing and sales funnel


• Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics and A/B testing


• Natural aptitude for learning new technologies and tools, with an “early adopter” mentality
