Schaeffler is seeking an MOVE Professional to support our Regional Lean projects. This position will be located in Fort Mill, SC. This position will actively participate in productivity improvement projects, assist in training workforce in MOVE(Lean) techniques, promote process change projects for the Regional Operations group, i.e. develop work standards, to reduce costs and other work measurement techniques for management controls.Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• Experience in Kaizen Program and Lean Manufacturing Techniques, preferred
• Previous project management and training experience, preferred
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance measurement systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word as well as have knowledge in simulation software
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel
