Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop, establish, document, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Gather, manage, and communicate customer intelligence such as contacts, business levels, opportunities, organizational behavior, and strategies.
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities.
- Manage and provide information regarding commercial issues as it relates to pricing, change management, quality, collections, and operations.
- Provide forecast input to the 6-month forecast, annual budget forecast, and long-term customer projections.
- Manage day-to-day pricing as well as provide input on pricing models and strategic issues.
- Day to day individual task focused.
- Engage with assigned teams, peers, and management to fulfill tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- About 5 years’ experience in a related position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills
- Customer-service skills
- Must be able to sell and influence others.
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
