A Day in the Life

The Principal Salesforce Admin/ Developer will be a part of the Digital Transformation to deliver a technology services and solutions on a centralized CRM system which will enable to focus a 360-degree view of the Customer. As a Principal Admin/Developer you will collaborate with various teams such as development teams, operations, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers to lay the foundation of the CRM by aiding in the setup process, configuration, customization and building applications that are internal and external facing.

This individual contributor role will work with management team to establish suitable process to support administrative, development and change management activities. Strong and effective communication skills are key for this position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Serve as primary system administrator and salesforce developer for the Salesforce.com environment
• Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility, approval processes, workflows, lightning components, validation rules and reporting
• Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Ajax, JavaScript and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements
• Responsible for key technical aspects like data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
• Responsible for managing release cycles and deployments between different Salesforce environments (Sandboxes) from Dev through to Prod
• Manage salesforce security including user access, roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups
• Complete regular internal system audits, prepare for upgrades, and perform tests after upgrade
• Multitask and prioritize projects and job functions as per changing business needs
• Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
• Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
• May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

• Salesforce.com Administrator certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via web services, Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning framework, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, Visual Studio Code, IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
• Strong understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API, governor limits, best practices, test coverage, etc.) and how they influence design.
• Release Management and CI/CD experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud. Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Lightning Web Components
• Proven experience in Software Development Life Cycle, working with an onshore/offshore model
• Experience in Agile development methodology, Developer Driven Testing, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration, using tools like Git, Jenkins, Gearset and/or Copado
• Experience working in Healthcare industry
