Job Description:

Equifax is seeking an Alliance Client Relationship Manager to partner with clients and partners. The client relationship manager’s primary responsibility is the retention of, and to generate revenue from, an assigned client base.

This role is a remote, work-from-home, position and applicants can be anywhere in the United States (but must be in the United States).

What You'll Do: 


  • Develop lines of communication between the client, Alliance partner and internal Workforce Solutions resources; respond to partner/client issues


  • Conduct partner/client meetings, primarily via conference call, to include implementations, workshops, annual reports, contact plan, problem resolution and cancellations.


  • Assess client needs in order to develop service programs and communications paths between partner/client and internal staff.


  • Review and resolve compliance issues with client and internal staff.


  • Determine opportunities for generating revenue through additional business, profitability improvement or other product lines.


  • Assist Alliance partners with non-client sales calls, when necessary. Sell and/or assist in sales of other products to client base.


Qualifications


  • Client management experience required (sales, account management, etc.), including client retention and upselling


  • Proven and quantifiable experience solving customer problems


  • Experience managing a large client load and the ability to prioritize multiple work projects


  • Excellent presentation skills
