Summary:
The Sr. Internal Comm Specialist is responsible for designing, preparing, and disseminating internal communications to employees in support of Human Resources and related business objectives (e.g., change management, policy roll outs, new product introductions, etc.). Collaborates with teammates, stakeholders and clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective communications. Works closely with clients’ senior leadership to determine their business objectives, organizational goals, and target audiences. Develops and updates consistent HR branding, including an internal brand message.
