The Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Cardiovascular Research Center invites applications for several postdoctoral research fellow positions in its Cardiovascular Bioengineering and Biomedical Imaging Program. The appointments will be in the Departments of Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. The positions provide outstanding opportunities for academic and professional growth and collaboration with basic and translational investigators across the MGH, Harvard and MIT scientific communities.
The Cardiovascular Bioengineering and Biomedical Imaging Program is highly multidisciplinary with a strong focus in molecular and cellular biology, simulation and modeling, molecular imaging and biomedical imaging.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD and/or MD degree (or the equivalent) with expertise in one of the following areas. 1) Cardiovascular magnetic resonance including pulse sequence design, 2) Positron emission tomography, 3) Biomedical image analysis and signal processing, 4) Molecular Biology, 5) Cell Biology and Tissue Engineering.
