As an Overnight Support Worker, you have the opportunity to pour into the men living at the GTMC daily. Your primary responsibilities would be these:
Oversee the house during the nighttime hours - keep track of all goings-on, resolve issues as they arise, perform intakes on new guests.
Minister to the men at the GTMC.
Keep notes and documentation on all guests.
The ideal person for this role would have the following characteristics:
Ability to interact with and relate to people of all backgrounds.
Good communication skills.
Cares about people.
A good team-member and a self-starter.
Organized.
Job Skills & Requirements
A solid, visible relationship with Jesus Christ. Ability to share the gospel as opportunities arise.
Consistent attendance at and involvement with a local Bible-believing church.
High school diploma.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in human services preferred.
Basic knowledge of the characteristics and needs of homelessness preferred.
Acceptable driving record preferred.
Background in volunteerism preferred.

Standard Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11PM-7:30PM. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.85 per hour
