As an Elkhorn Receiving Clerk, some of your main duties will include the following:
Receive and record donations, always acting with a friendly, helpful, and thankful attitude towards donors.
Unload trucks.
Organize and prepare donations for transportation.
Work as a team with staff members and community volunteers.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Keep the receiving area and equipment clean, in good repair, and organized.
Requirements:
High school diploma and a valid driver's license
Experience related to receiving, including operation of a forklift.
Must have a solid, visible relationship with Christ. Must have the ability to share the gospel as opportunities arise.
Must agree with the Open Door Mission Statement of Faith.
Must be a regular attendee of a local Christian church.
Must be PC literate. Microsoft Office preferable.
Must be of good health with a strong back.
Must be able to delegate others to do work.
