We are seeking an Office Assistant to:


  • Assist with data collection and entry to the NDNQI which is required for Magnet certification.

  • Prepare data to daily leaders regarding key documentation metrics for compliance.

  • Assist with data placed on U-Connect which which assist with performance improvement items included in pay for performance.

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

Preferred – One year of experience in an administrative support role

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to present oneself in a professional manner

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload to complete projects with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools.  Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.  Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Work Schedule:

This is a Part-Time (.20), Per Diem  position that will work a flexible schedule during normal business hours. Hours may vary based upon the operational needs of the department.
