Shop Laborer

Job Description Summary

• Application, including sweeping, shop housekeeping, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects.  Ability to perform strenuous work in varying weather conditions.  Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Requirements

• Must partner with shop members per plan specifications, and if need be, perform tasks of other positions as instructed by shop foreman to ensure daily schedules are met.


• Usage of various handheld tools.


• Attendance required according to attendance policy to ensure shop to operate at a normal efficiency level.


• Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completions.


• Attitude/cooperation:  always maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
