We are adding a Supplier Quality and Internal Audit Manager to our team! In this role, the Supplier Quality and Internal Audit Manager is responsible for managing overall supplier quality, as well as managing the internal audit processes and activities for our Buffalo Grove plant. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
5+ years relevant working experience in Medical Devices, Medical or Pharma regulatory environments, with experience focused in Supplier Quality, Quality Improvement & Regulatory Compliance
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in implementing and maintaining quality system standards related to supplier management
Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining quality system standards (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001). Quality auditor certification preferred.
Proven ability to compile, compute, analyze and define data to effectively communicate shifts, trends and causes
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required, Minitab preferred.
Ability to manage improvement projects related to supplier management and work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers and third party auditors and contractors.
Self motivated, excellent team player and communicator
Requires ability to travel domestically (estimated to be 50%, dependent on business needs). International travel <10%
