As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will manage both the bottom and top line for the sales organization.  You will represent the sales organization, own relevant sales inputs, and lead business case reviews for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and new business initiatives.  You will also partner with Corporate FP&A team to determine annual and long term strategic financial goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage ongoing forecast process (Bookings, Billings, Revenue) including risks and opportunities assessment.  Deliver regular analysis and reporting of financial results and KPIs to ensure performance, variances and business drivers are understood.

  • Help design and develop incentive compensation plans that are clear, cost-efficient, and drive sales behavior aligned to the Company’s financial and strategic goals. 

  • Set and deploy sales targets and quotas.  Ensure the sales attainment and commissions calculations and reporting are administered accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Champion automation efforts to drive efficiency in sales compensation administration.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team that supports the sales organization.

Basic Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

  • 8 or more years of work experience across a wide variety of disciplines within finance or business (ie. Sales Finance, Sales Operations, FP&A).

  • 4 or more years of work experience supporting a sales organization.

  • Leadership experience within a software and/or Data company.

  • Knowledgeable about structuring and organizing data.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Preferred Skills:


  • MBA.

  • Experience with Anaplan, PowerBI, Einstein, Tableau, and other analytics experience.

  • Multi-national experience.
