A specialty hospital in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area is seeking an Assistant Director of Care Management to lead their care coordination and utilization review teams.  Reporting to the Director of Case Management, the RN Assistant Director of Care Management will be well supported by a team of Supervisors, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Associates, Utilization Review Specialists and Nursing Administration.

The Assistant Director of Care Management will mandate collaboration between staff, patients, and payers in order to achieve cost effective outcomes.  As Care Management Assistant Director, you will maintain a thorough understanding of Case Management Services regulations as well as other payer supporting authorization. The Nursing Assistant Director Care Management will direct the workflow of a team of passionate and accountable case managers while innovating department policies and procedures. A successful Care Management Associate Director will serve as a well-informed resource to other department leaders as needed.
