Essential Job Functions:

• Greets all customers


• Assess vehicle damage and repair needs


• Create timely and accurate repair cost estimates


• Write estimate reports and submit reports to the insurance company


• Orders Parts for repair orders coming into the body shop


• Maintain the proper documentation and communication with the customer and insurance company.


• Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, including relevant software programs


• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred but not required


• Ability to multi-task and problem solve


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to write and complete estimates accurately


• Knowledge of DRP guidelines


• Excellent communication skills


• Sales experience a plus


• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment


• Be a reliable team player


• Clean driving record, background screen and drug test
