The Project Manager / Estimator role requires someone who is extremely comfortable with the following requirements:

• Understanding architectural plans and specifications
• Computer navigation in manufacturers websites obtaining project information
• Passionate about customer service & team work

If you posess the above, we'll help you learn the following:

• Direct, manage and motivate the project field team
• Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans
• Plan and manage deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones
• Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project

Ideal qualifications:

• Able to work independently, is energetic and considered outgoing
• Experience in the field of construction and/or project management
• Construction Management degree (preferred)
