We are currently seeking a highly motivated and team oriented individual for our fast paced Direct Metal Printing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is changing the way we do healthcare. This position will be responsible for being hands-on in creating 3D metal implants and surgical tools that will positively affect patients' lives.
Primary Responsibilities
Post-Processing of 3D printed Titanium and Stainless Steel medical implants, along with other healthcare tools/parts.
Operate production line tools such as an air hammer, chisel, Dremel and other small manual finishing tools to create quality parts.
Running of equipment and machinery such as media blast cabinets (both auto and manual), ultra-sonic cleaning tanks, mills and presses.
Tracking of jobs tasks through computer transactions and paperwork.
Perform repairs and trouble shoot problems with equipment if needed and necessary.
Making sure metal labs are clean and maintained. Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly production logs.
Operate within standard operation procedures, follow WI's, read part drawings and specs. Use calipers and other measurement tools.
Responsible for quality of product and able to identify non-conformances. Ability to communicate issues to appropriate department.
Able to communicate with manager and teammates about issues that arise related to job activities.
Required Skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Machine shop experience, use of mill drill, pneumatic stamp press, blast media cabinet and manual machine shop tools
Desired Skills

Strong attention to detail and quality
Experience in working with metals or metal fabrication
Medical Device experience
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Range: $14.81 - $20.72 (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon company performance.
