Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates across the United States and Canada. This entails developing a diverse candidate pipeline, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the interview process, and facilitating offers and coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have an amazing experience throughout all interactions with Corix before and after hire.

Major Accountabilities


  • Maximize internal and external recruiting platforms to source active and passive candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust, diverse candidate pipeline.

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone interviews.

  • Coordinate with Hiring Manager on designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.

  • Create an excellent candidate experience from first interaction through interview and selection. Coordinate and lead the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are informed, put in a position to be successful and empowered to be productive as quickly as possible.


General Responsibilities

  • Build Corix recruiting brand, maximizing internal platforms (Oracle Cloud HCM) and external recruiting sites to build diverse talent pipelines to find qualified active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations in hiring state.
  • Advise front-line Hiring Managers on interview best practices and hiring decisions, providing them with the tools, information and skills to identify talent and consistently make good hires.
  • Exhibit a passion for diversity and inclusion, generating creative ideas to attract diverse, skilled talen to Corix. Identify and buld relationships with diversity groups and alliances.
  • Build a national network of underrepresented talent through local market research and ongoing relationship building within the communities we serve.
  • Engage new Corix team members throughout onboarding process, including orientation and beyond to ensure an excellent new hire experience.
  • Participate in the development of formal interview and recruitment guides and policies to enhance recruitment process and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by maintaining contact and providing updates to active candidates on the status of their candidacy.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of candidate requirements.
  • Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent and increase employer branding.

Education / Experience

  • 2-5 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search firm progressive
