Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position has experience working with Criminal Defense attorneys, is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients’ needs.The Paralegal will work directly with our attorney, draft motions, open and maintain client files. make and receive client calls, responsible for all case files. Duties will range from receptionist, physical and cloud-based file organization, to assisting attorney with drafting legal documents. Our ideal Paralegal has the following experience/abilities:Paralegal, 2 years or more (Preferred).Criminal Defense Legal Experience – must be familiar with legal documents and the legal vocabulary and acronyms for Criminal Justice.Software/App experience with CLIO, Dropbox, and Microsoft Word.Make and receive client calls in a friendly, positive manner.Familiarity with mobile phone system apps such as Vonage or Ring Central.Bilingual: Spanish/English is preferred but not required. We are located in Mesa, AZ conveniently near US 60 and Loop 101.Interested?
