Job Description: Summary: Maintains assigned medical imaging equipment and support systems.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Responsibilities: Responds to support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.
Diagnoses, resolves and closes medical imaging equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
Performs routine safety and image quality assurance verifications, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.
Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.
Withinscope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and theability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in afast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Other information: Minimum Required Education: High School degree or GED. Required Licensure/Certification: None required. Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
This position's pay range starts at: $34.62hour.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
