This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Consumer Education & External Affairs Division, Office of Public Affairs (OPA). Responsibilities
As a Operations Specialist , you will:

• Project/Contract Management: Assists with managing procurement contracts related to the development, implementation or evaluation of OPA projects/programs designed to improve the financial capability of consumers.


• Prepare and present reports and projections to inform internal stakeholders, including CFPB leadership and senior level staff, of milestones, progress towards goals and any issues or learning that help inform the programs as well as other work of the CFPB.


• Provide advice to management and staff on travel activities, compliance with Bureau policies and federal travel regulations, and navigating approval and ticketing systems.


• Gather data and prepares reports and tables for use in quarterly reporting, annual reports, and ad-hoc reports for managers using data from various databases and other oversight special project functions.
