Sr. Representative, Accounts Receivable at Herbalife

Job Description:

The role:

This position will primarily be responsible for the monthly processing of the Information Request (IR) for NAM countries. Responsibilities will include requesting reports from IS team, reviewing the reports for accuracy, submission to management for approval and to Royalty Administrative team for adjustment of Distributor earnings.
  • Sr. A/R Rep. Revenue Recording will assist in processing refund requests, responding to inquiries from other teams and processing payments. In addition, this position will assist with daily chargebacks and will complete special projects as assigned and provide vital support to all functions within the department.

How you would contribute:


  • Reconcile IR report to Approved write-off list and provide explanation for variances (i.e. review each order for completeness against the HMS data)

  • Assist in processing daily chargebacks

  • Prepare month-end journal entries as needed

  • Process refund requests daily within established service level agreement

  • Perform daily reconciliation of refund requests

  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve any issues

  • Handle the customer service line for English/Spanish-speaking Members

  • Assist with collection and processing payments

  • Assist in projects/tasks as assigned by management

  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

Skills and background required to be successful:

Skills:


  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel (pivot table, v-lookups)

  • Display high degree of accuracy, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision

  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

  • Ability to adapt to procedural and organizational changes.

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to coordinate workload for effective implementation under minimal direction

  • Strong focus on customer service, and customer orientation (internal and/or external)

Experience:


  • 4 years work experience in a high-volume A/R department

  • Experience in collection, processing payments, chargebacks and refunds

  • Customer service experience

Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • General Accounting knowledge
