This program is focused on identifying skilled technology influencers and elevating their experience with AT&T from hiring and onboarding to charting a course for your career. Network Engineer: Find challenges and make an impact in technologies such as data analytics, automation, network virtualization and optimization, network engineering and administration.
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in either software or network engineering. Here are some requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, EE or equivalent
Technical skills - Computer programing and coding - Software design, testing and debugging - Work experience with SOAP and REST APIs / microservices design - Work experience migrating applications to cloud environment (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Cloud, etc) - Hands-on experience with cloud automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and cloud provided automation tools (Azure Resource Manager Templates, AWS CloudFormation).- Familiarity with OWASP and integrations with static code analysis tools such as Veracode, Sonar, Blackduck, and dynamic code analysis tools is desired - Familiarity with load balancing technologies - ILB (Internal Load Balancers), Application Gateway, WAF (Web App Firewall), F5 appliance solutions, etc. - Experience in private network connectivity using Express Routes, Direct Connect, etc. - Problem solving and logical thinking

We are looking for someone of integrity, with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and leadership, both internal and external.
