Build a substantial pipeline of product opportunities, identify product development initiatives, and generate ideas that have significant potential to grow the Company’s market share, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Develop and manage business plans for new products that reflect the market opportunities, competitive challenges, product requirements, pricing, pipeline, forecasting, and organizational resources to achieve success.
Develop and establish strategic partnerships, recommend inorganic acquisitions, determine investment priorities, and define product evolution roadmaps.
Gather and assimilate a wide variety of research and data for product requirements; define the unique features and functionality of new products to meet customer needs and market opportunities.
Identify and secure necessary competencies and resource levels to support approved product plans.
Proactively communicate and deliver product vision to all internal organizational levels and externally.
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting research supported by ongoing visits to customers and others.
As a Director, Product Innovation you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Senior Innovation Analysts. You’ll be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science or MBA preferred.
Between 7–9 years of relevant experience required, with a minimum of 3 years in a product management role, managing and reporting on products through all stages of a product lifecycle.
Solid technical background with an understanding of and experience with wireless technology (e.g., 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, Small Cells) strongly preferred.
Approximately 30% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
Excellent strategic product management skills and a proven track record of product management achievement in a cross-functional environment.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.
