Friendship Senior Options is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Cook position at its Friendship Village of Schaumburg location. 11:00am to 7:00pm shift with weekend availability. Responsible for food preparation utilizing standardized recipes and production worksheets; assisting in daily planning of food preparation, including food and supply ordering; assisting with set-up, service and cleanup of food production; and adherence to cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist Executive Chef in supervising production of hot and cold food items.  High School diploma or equivalent required. Must hold/obtain all food licenses required by city and state. Experience working with senior population a plus. Previous team lead/supervisory experience is a plus. Minimum of 1 year professional cooking experience preferred.
