The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the digital marketing team and a strategic partner to the company’s business units. This role will work closely with the marketing campaign leads, designers, copywriters and other members of the digital marketing and broader marketing organization to design and execute broad-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns and other deliverables that increase customer awareness, registration, engagement and loyalty.  The role will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including concepting, designing, building, testing and publishing Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages and emails; the design, launch, monitoring and measurement of other digital campaigns; and assisting in the creation of other various digital media items from concept to completion when needed. 

Required Competencies:

Qualified candidates must have demonstrated, advanced experience, knowledge and fluid user skills of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including at a minimum: Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio and Web Studio. Intermediate proficiency, knowledge and experience working with CAN-SPAM best practices; HTML, CSS media queries, AMPscript and SQL is strongly preferred. Additional digital design and/or graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is also preferred. Experience with Basic Content Management systems (CMS), JavaScript and Bootstrap are a plus.

Education & Experience:


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar fields preferable.


  • 3-5 years’ experience designing, implementing, monitoring and measuring digital campaigns in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
