Job Title: Senior Director, Workplace Strategy and Change Management

Position Summary:
C&W requires a senior Workplace Strategist and Change Manager in the Total Workplace team. This person will develop and and grow profitable client work within GOS, and lead the delivery of services by a team of professionals. This position will be responsible for creating project opportunities with clients and for driving all aspects of winning and delivering new business thus supporting the team's annual sales goal. The position includes travel.
Responsibilities
- Client focus:
- Create senior-level relationships with target clients leading to new business opportunities.
- Manage the client collaboration and relationships to create a solid functional team on projects.
- Expand client relationships to include multiple practice areas, other service lines, or other revenue generating opportunities for C&W.
- Develop and maintain status as a trusted advisor of clients.
- Deliver project work as required.
- Financials:
- Contribute to team financial targets by winning profitable new work.
- Manage projects to profitability and on schedule.
- Oversee contracts, client invoicing, receivables, and expenses.
- Marketing:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Collaborate with C&W combined sales teams to develop value proposals and capture new business relationships.
- Win new business with new and existing customers.
- External promotion:
- Be a brand ambassador for GOS across C&W and create new relationships at the senior level.
- Contribute to white paper development, published articles, and presentations.
- Build the C&W brand and seek new opportunities to promote C&W.
- Participate in industry events and organizations at leadership levels.
- Team leadership
- Manage successful project teams
- Provide regular support and feedback to team members through formal and informal processes
- Maintain and develop C&W culture, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies

Education & Work Experience:
- 15-20 years' work experience in a related field with similar responsibilities
- A BA/BS, and preferably a Masters qualification, MBA desired.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, excellent networking skills and a deep connection with industry leaders and contacts.
- Recognition of success in market: industry awards, teaching roles etc.
