Sayres is seekingan experienced Junior Acquisition Analyst with a current SECRET clearance, verifiable in JPAS in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

TheJunior Acquisition Analyst will support the DDG 51 Shipbuilding program and assist senior staff by providing financial management and acquisition support in one or more of the following areas:

- Assist with the development of DoD acquisition related documentation in support of ACAT programs.

- Assist in the generation of acquisition documentation including monthly and quarterly Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES) reports (via RDAIS portal), annual Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR) (via DAMIR portal), Acquisition Program Baselines, and other acquisition reporting requirements.

- Develop draft inputs to DoD Acquisition documents, White Papers, and briefing material being prepared for GAO Reviews, Gate Reviews, and other acquisition documentation.

- Assist with the development of Congressional and other executive level briefs.

- Assist with the coordination of stakeholders across the Program Office and with outside Naval activities.

- Experienced user of N-ERP generating reports and analyzing financial execution reports.

- Maintaining detailed records and historical files and metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum skill set required:

- Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma or equivalent AND equivalent experience in lieu of degree

- Up totwo (2) years of relevant experience.

- Active Secret security clearance verifiable in JPAS or the ability to obtain an interim clearance within 60 days.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Highly organized and able to work short timelines.

Preferred skill set required:

- Experience with DAMIR and RDAIS Portals.

- DAIWA Level I Certification in Program Management & Business Financial Management.

- Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
