The Manager, Enterprise Marketing Planning is responsible for leading the development of marketing planning and operations for the Enterprise Marketing organization. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Marketing to ensure key marketing, business and product initiatives align to business strategy and Enterprise goals.How you will make an impact:
- Leads enterprise marketing initiatives and prioritization process development, project plan tracking and reporting to ensure cross-functional team alignment on key initiatives.
- Designs and manages business processes to run the Enterprise Marketing organization including planning, prioritization, initiatives list, budget management, performance reporting, goal definition, and tracking.
- Develops and implements marketing best practices for process improvement and optimization; program and project management and training; as well as change management.
- Builds and manages tools and processes to facilitate planning and prioritization decisions that align to the Enterprise Marketing Strategy.
- Ensures cross-functional team planning and prioritization through detailed project management and plans.
- Develops and manages processes for resource planning, allocation, and tracking in partnership with the marketing leadership team.
- Works cross-functionally throughout the marketing organization to align key initiatives by business segment with overall marketing strategy.
- Identifies, leads, and implements process improvements that contribute to margin expansion and productivity gains for the organization.
- Supports the development of strategy and business processes to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Leads program management for cross-functional projects.
- Aligns key business initiatives to the strategic plan and development of department calendar.
- Ensures work is funneled through appropriate channels, and allocates resources in a timely manner.
- Spearheads any challenges and provides back-up project plans to mitigate risks and challenges.
- Provides planning, hiring, budget, and spend management support.
- Leads organizational goal setting and tracking.
- Executes agency management protocols including onboarding and yearly audits to ensure agency aligns to department strategies and priorities.
- Provides budget support including forecasting, insights, priorities, reporting and matrices.
- Implements governance framework and promotes cross-functional collaboration that fuels the strategy.
- Develops and manages marketing program dashboards in partnership with analytics to effectively track department KPIs, analytics, and measurements of success rolling up to company goals.
- Provides guidance on a standardized project tracking system, introduces economies of scale and speed to market strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk.What we look for:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field required and Master's Degree preferred.
- 7 + years of relevant product marketing experience in healthcare.
- Broad strategic understanding and superior analytical skills required.
- Ability to manage an end-to-end process and identify gaps, providing recommendation that include resources, spend and implementation strategy.
- Demonstrated implementation of problem-solving techniques and ability to work cross functionally with success.
- Strong initiative, and demonstrated organizational planning and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with all levels of staff, including C-Suite.
- Ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
