WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Director you will be a Strategic Business Partner and primary point of contact for Functional Leadership Team Members in the Global Marketing and Client Teams. Both teams are part of an exciting transformation in which this role will be an integral part of the process and an active member of the Marketing Leadership Team. This role will facilitate functional organizational change: assessing, developing and enabling the necessary organizational programs to align with business strategy and objectives while also organizing around a newly shaped Center of Excellence. The HR Director is responsible for designing and operationalizing user-friendly plans and programs that support a \\"best place to work environment\\" and maximizes employee engagement. A successful candidate must demonstrate a significant understanding of organizational design and development, utilizing analytics, project management and communication skills to translate business strategy into various HR talent solutions to increase overall organizational capabilities, organizational culture, talent and operational efficiencies.

Drive change and lead the people transformation agenda while building relationships and working closely with some of the firm's most senior and client facing Managing Directors and Partners

Guide and direct organizational design, implement talent development and change management solutions; lead and recommend strategic and tactical HR approaches.

Develop and use analytics and trend analysis to help shape and influence HR strategies to support business objectives.
-
Collaborate to develop robust talent management plans to attract retain, develop and engage talent in critical roles.
-
Drive employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including the assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address turnover and workforce issues.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

-
Operating as a key business adviser and subject matter expert with assigned functional team(s) through business knowledge, relationship management and proactive interventions.
-
Demonstrating the ability to understand business goals and market trends and leverage this insight to recommend and influence new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
-
Acting as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.
-
Coaching senior leaders on complex leadership and HR issues including development and talent performance and issues, which could have the potential to create a competitive advantage for the business.
-
Collaborating with other HR functions and internal resources to execute GSHR initiatives and client specific programs.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

-
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development or other related field is required; advanced degree and PHR/SPHR preferred
-
Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to Senior level/Executive leadership team members
-
Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, employee relations and compensation management
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving approaches and the ability to influence company leaders (strong excel skills)
