Lead innovation for the Home Lending Strategy team by developing new and improving current initiatives to serve Black and Latin customers
Drive cultural sensitivity and relevance in marketing product and program promotions
Develop and launch tactics to engage the communy through the local branch
Support our sales teams by developing local promotions, culturally relevant marketing options and creating lead sources
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or Social Justice
Proven interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Knowledge of historical American social juatice issues and deep awareness of issues facing the Black and Latinx communities
Familiarity with Mortgage Banking products, processes and programs
Solid work ethic, good business sense and deminstrated initiative
Proven oral and written presentation skills to include an advancd understanding of PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and bring initatives to completion
