Hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and developing team members. Monitoring team members performance
Ensuring jobs are completed to Bergstrom Standards and fixed correctly the first time
Providing backup for all Express Lube team members during vacations. ect
Ensuring that the work areas and guest waiting area are kept clean
Maintaining a safe work environment and a professional appearance

2+ years of experience working in an Express Lube
