What we expect of you*

Roles and Responsiblities:

Work with the internal customer on translating a business problem into meaningful data report/analysis which will allow the customer to draw conclusions on the solutions, implement a follow-up process, and develop KPI reports to measure results.

In close cooperation with marketing and regional management, capture additional market intelligence as well as use business intelligence tools available to provide market trends, analysis for increasing market share, sales campaigns, and technical service news.

In close cooperation with business line management, logistics and strategic purchasing, provide trends on inventory, supplier development and KPI for logistics processes and service operations to improve the supply and sales of parts and efficiency of service operations.

In close cooperation with the Finance team and the indirect purchase team, work on analysis to improve working capital management and develop cost improvement initiatives.

Contribute to positive Company branding by being knowledgeable and delivering on the role s mission in a professional manner with a high level of customer focus.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain effective communications with all relevant parties.

Work with a ticketing management system to enable efficient team collaboration

Maintain existing reports, incl. server/ SQL table maintenance

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in data analysis, SAP and/ or Power BI.

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Must be a self-directed team player, who has a positive attitude with ability to motivate others without direct authority.

A high level of customer focus and service orientation is also required.

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and written communication (verbal and written) skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerBI, DAX, SQL language is required, experience with Tableau is preferred.

Prior working knowledge of SAP ERP systems is strongly preferred. Prior working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is required.

Must be willing and able to travel to support field activities on an as-needed basis.

Must have a valid driver s license.

Travel:

Up to 10-25% overnight travel.
