The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Credentialing team technically. You will be also responsible for assisting with reporting projects and department initiatives as they arise and being able to quickly change priorities as they come up. Being an individual open to challenges, constantly learning, and utilizing strong communication skills with your stakeholders will allow you better build relationships and grow professionally in an analyst capacity.

Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide support of tools used in department workflows, which includes system configuration, maintenance, issue resolution, and enhancement requests.
• Maintain and run reports for workflow management of provider credentials data and various department workflows.
• Document workflows, process improvement recommendations, and establish "best practices" to enhance department productivity and quality.

What You Will Bring

We'd love to hear from candidates with:

Required Experience and Competencies:

• One to two years of related work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.

Preferred Talent Assets:

• Experience with a reporting software. Preferably MicroStrategy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities.
