As Senior Leader, Home Delivery Center, you will lead RH's vision and deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation
  • Assess, coach, train, mentor and develop direct reports to perform at an optimal level
  • Align our RH Delivery Customer Experience with our RH Gallery Customer Experience
  • Strategically plan, direct and oversee daily workflow and deliverables across all functions
  • Elevate site-wide results through continuous assessment of key performance indicators
  • Own all facets of P&L management and accountability, including analysis and reporting
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive compliance to safe and smart work practices to ensure operational guidelines and procedures are met

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of Leadership in areas of: Furniture Home Delivery, White Glove Delivery, Distribution Center or Transportation Logistics is highly desired
  • Ability to lead Our Vision and unify efforts across large teams
  • Proven success in developing talent and building an internal bench of future leaders
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening
  • Ability to hire, train, coach and execute all facets of employee performance
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology
  • Ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner
  • Must pass background review and drug screen
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100 lbs

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES

  • RH's Home Delivery Services operate 7 days a week. This provides our Delivery Teams with flexible and creative schedule options, as well as opportunities for overtime
