The Chief Nursing Officer CNO will organize, direct, and coordinate medical and health services in compliance with the government regulations and policies set by the board of trustees. The Chief Nursing Officer CNO will also work with department leaders to establish staffing requirements to ensure the placement of qualified staff. Additionally, the Chief Nursing Officer CNO will be responsible for formulating and implementing new nursing strategies to improve the quality of care in the facility.
