The Director of Laboratory Medicine report to the VP of Clinical Services and Pathologist-in-Chief and will oversee a large team. The Hospital Lab Director will supervise a Lab Manager and supervisor.

The Hospital Lab Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating services. The Director of Laboratory Medicine will guarantee that the goals and objectives of the Laboratory Department matches the goals and objectives of the reputable hospital. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, but a Master’s in management is preferred. This hospital is looking for someone with management experience in an academic medical center.
