ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Documents and processes departmental work, including but not limited to; verifying for accuracy and completeness and performing research;   Check returns, chargeback’s, mail, item processing, remote deposit capture items, check adjustments, creating files for the Federal Reserve and Endpoint, sorting / opening / processing mail payments.

Create files from multiple systems and send to multiple check clearinghouses.

A broad knowledge of the image vision system, opening support tickets, assisting vendors with troubleshooting and access multiple servers as needed.

Performs specialized data entry to prepare a variety of standard materials, documents and reports; updates computer records and databases; completes and processes standard forms related to areas of responsibility.

Operates computers, scanners, copiers, , mail and other related standard office and processing equipment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• One year financial institution experience.
