Job Summary: This position is located in Spartanburg, SC and is responsible for serving as the primary financial and pricing support to a Business Unit Controller and other members of the Floor Covering financial team. This is an administrative role reporting to a Division Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain global Commercial and Protective Flooring pricing and commission in SAP, including upcharges, promotions and enhancements. Cross train to maintain Hospitality and Residential pricing domestically.
- Review Domestic and International orders on SAP pricing hold. Contact appropriate party to verify pricing. Create quotes in SAP and communicate to customer service and sales representative to remove order from pricing hold.
- Perform a daily check of the prior day's orders in SAP, validating order type, pricing, and commission assignment accuracy.
- Create and run Microsoft Business Intelligence ('MSBI') queries to validate commission assignments from a variety of perspectives, including held at commission scenarios, temporary promotional pricing/commission, custom order pricing, and systematic pricing flags.
- Investigate sales associate questions regarding their YTD invoice and commission summaries. Explain why pricing/commission is correct or revise as appropriate. Determine if the error is one-off or systematic and make the necessary change(s) in SAP. Seek necessary approvals where changes in pricing, commissions or splits are requested.
- Receive and process specification fees/dealer rebates. Ensure proper authorizations are received, initiate new customer set up for payment, and calculate point and commission deductions after related order has invoiced. Post deductions to sales incentives via global sales incentive tool. This task coordinates with sales management, corporate credit and sourcing departments and business finance leaders.
- Ad hoc financial analysis for the finance team and other business team members

Qualifications - Required:

- A minimum of a 2-year accounting degree
- 1+ year(s) experience in a financial and/or accounting role
- A skill set in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots, queries) and Power Point
- Knowledge of financial modules of SAP or a similar software system

Qualifications - Preferred:

- Experience using data query tools such as SAP Business Objects or Microsoft Business Intelligence
- SAP pricing experience
